Refund Policy
Since we are a small business delivering handmade goods, we won't be taking refunds or exchanges at this time. However, if there is a concern with quality of goods made or broken item, feel free to send us a messsage.
TLC
While durable, it is important to note that genuine pearls are on the softer side (Mohs hardness 2.5–4.5), so they can be scratched easily by metals and gems and require a bit more care to be maintained.
We recommend always put pearls on last when dressing (after perfume, hairspray, lotion)
Cleaning

After wearing, gently wipe pearls with a soft, damp cloth to remove oils and residue.

Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or harsh chemicals—these will damage the nacre.

If deeper cleaning is needed, use mild soapy water, then dry on a soft towel (avoid soaking strands, as water can weaken the thread).
Everyday Use

Pearls are fine for regular wear but not for sports, swimming, or showering.

Avoid exposure to chlorine, saltwater, sweat, or acidic skin products.
